Wonderful Gift and Fantastic Customer Service

I bought this as a gift for my grandmother in the US and she absolutely adores getting these. Unfortunately, the last box that was shipped had its contents lost in transit. I reached out to the company to get the tracking number to submit to USPS and Sue graciously offered to send a replacement at not cost. I could not be more grateful as USPS will likely not find the package. Highly recommend this company for cute and thoughtful gifts for a book lover and cannot thank Sue enough for all of her help!!

I’ve just received my first box and I was really happy with it. It came quickly and was wrapped like a present within the package which i liked (i mean who doesn’t love opening presents?). The cover is really pretty and i’m looking forward to reading the book.
