Our Coffee and Book Club subscription makes a wonderful book lover gift. A special monthly book box straight through the letterbox: a surprise vintage paperback book and delicious ground coffee. 

This subscription is available for 4-12 months in pre-paid bundles. A welcome pack (month 1) with a book, coffee, and a sign-up card will be sent out. Recipients then register online using a unique code from the welcome pack and join our monthly schedule. You can also choose just one month if you want to try it out!

For gift subscriptions you can have the welcome pack sent to you to give in person, or send it directly to the recipient. Just pop the address you want for the welcome pack in at checkout. International shipping options are available for overseas gifts. Codes have no expiry date.

If you like, you can add one of our literary mugs to the welcome pack. There's four to choose from - it'll come in a box alongside the first parcel.

Our books are vintage so will show some signs of wear but that’s part of what makes them charming! 

Our coffee is supplied by our wonderful small business friends over at Perkulatte. It’s supplied ground (medium) and ready for a french press/cafetiere. Each month, you’ll receive a different bag (enough for four to five cups) of their ground roasted coffee. If you're more of a tea drinker, then check out our Tea and Book Club Subscription.

Our mugs are dishwasher safe, however to ensure your mug gets the best treatment and the colours stay bright for the longest time possible, we recommend hand-washing with occasional dishwasher use.

There's the lovely parcel, of course, and the fun of the surprise. But behind the scenes there's also great customer service and a really human touch. (And doesn't it feel nice not to have gone to Amazon...?) A fabulous present to give and receive.

Our lovely friends in the EU might like to know that Etsy.com have managed to put measures in place to collect taxes at the point of checkout, so purchases from our Etsy store won't be subject to further taxes on arrival in the EU. Not all of our products are on there because some are not eligible to be sold on Etsy but most are. Please be aware that while Etsy are processing sales tax, they are not processing customs fees, so they may still be payable on receipt.

EU CUSTOMERS - Subscriptions

Sadly we have had to remove the EU shipping option for subscriptions from our website. There's no practical way for us to prevent fees being charged EVERY time you receive a monthly parcel if you shop via our website. Some of our subscriptions are available in our Etsy store and Etsy will process the sales tax (but not the duties) for us. If you decide to buy a subscription via Etsy then you'll get a message from us suggesting that we send all the months in one go for you to open in turn.
